"Great for an overnight t9o be at the airport. Weird note - the exterior is totally soundproofed. No jet noise at all. However, sounds coming from the hallway and adjacent rooms could be clearly heard in our room and bathroom. "

"Wonderful hotel. The room was great and I have to praise the shower, it was fantastic! It is minimalistic but it’s perfect for me personally and is also walking distance to shops outside the airport, and you can see horses along the way. I would stay here again no question "

"I've stayed in a few airport hotels at Heathrow, and this one was definitely the cleanest and most comfortable. The staff was quite friendly too. The thing that I really appreciate about this Hyatt was that it had a bathtub/shower combination rather than just a shower. I really needed the relaxation of a bath on this trip, but more importantly, it kept the floor from getting soaked, which is a huge problem I've had with other airport hotels. This one definitely met my needs, and I would stay here again."
