"Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning."

"The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"Please do not contemplate staying here over the summer months, we stayed over royal Ascot weekend and I cannot put into words how hot the rooms and the corridors were it felt really unsafe. They give you a desk fan in the room however this did absolutely nothing for the room temperature. "Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."
