The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. "We really enjoyed a brief one night stay with friends. A great location in the heart of a lovely town, a good selection of ales, friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and a really enjoyable dinner. Our room was comfortable, clean and with a nice en suite bathroom, and the breakfast was really good. Would certainly return."

"This is a beautiful building with a colorful history that has lovingly been converted into a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are spacious. I had a river view. I met Helle who was delightful, and very accommodating when I had to make an early departure, ensuring I was fueled up for the day. Great dining options within an easy walk. Wonderful find!"

"It's a Holiday Inn similar to many others. Close to the motorway, a little distance from the centre of High Wycombe. There is a small shopping mall nearby with limited shopping and dining options. Had breakfast in the hotel, it was a buffet with fair options. Their coffee was ok, but I like good coffee and went somewhere else for that"

"Great place to stay if you'd like to have kitchen access. Fridge, Kettle, Cups, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk provided. Bed was VERY comfortable. Bedding all clean. TV is streaming only - no regular TV channels. Could adjust the room temperature via the radiator dial. The shower is in the room, not in a separate bathroom. It didn't bother me, but it's unusual. It's not a luxurious place to stay, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable in this expensive area. The staff were extremely friendly and...
