Hotel murah di Hernhill

"Nice bar and restaurant area - near to Folkestone and exit to channel tunnel so all good - local garages, Tesco’s M&S garage shop McD’ all in close Proximity. Rooms are clean and basic but with just what you need. Great to have food available on site plus the free Breakfast is perfect to set you on your way. Staff are willing to help with any needs - that are possible. Only gripe would be having to pay for car parking. So ideal place to stay if need to be near Folkestone and the Channel...

"location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. "The hotel has been tastfully refurbished but we did not feel valued as guests. First there was the email after booking. Most hotels use this to welcome you and tell you about some of the nice things to look forward to. This hotel just used it to tell me how wrong it woul, having paid in full upfront ,there was the demand for a £50 deposit on arrival. I was told it was to cover damages and was necessary "because the hotel was independent and couldn't afford to cover the losses". How sad! Hotel,...

"When we arrived, there was a mixup with the booking but they handled it really well. They gave us a room that we hadn’t booked which was fantastic. We then moved the next day into another lovely room. They bent over backwards and they couldn’t do enough for us it made my stay and my partners stay whose birthday it was on the Monday an absolutely fantastic time and may I just say thanks to Sam and the team for looking after us and making us so welcome. "Great location, but reception staff leave alot to be desired, I found them very condescending. Breakfast was average. Bedrooms were very stuffy as there wasnt any air conditioning, despite our room being a premier one. I wouldn't stay there again"

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"On day of arrival and also during the stay the reception and restaurant staff was amazing. We booked the stay based on how we were spoken over the phone when contacting the propery prior for some details. Spa facilities clean and fully working, cannot mention a negative comment about the property."

"The guys at reception were very accommodating, check in is at 15:00, which was late for us as we had to be at a wedding in a nearby venue by 16:00. I explained this to the guys at reception who managed to check if on by 13:00, which meant we were able to get ready leisurely, and have lunch before we left"
