"Great location! 25 mins outside of downtown Boston Staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk to gas station, CVS and hooters for a bite. Best wings!!!! Rooms are clean, beds pillows all comfy! Free breakfast is also great value for the price you pay for this hotel. Would definatly come again. Holiday inn express is always my go to if it’s available in my area of travel. "

"We didnt use the breakfast coupons. Parking was limited and on our second day we couldnt find a spot after we left and came back. Having to pay for parking when its just the lot in front of the hotel felt like being taken advantage of."

In addition to that, we were assured that the construction would not interrupt our stay. Not only did we not have access to the amenities that were the reason we booked the hotel, but we also did not have access to a decent breakfast in the morning. "Pool was out of commission staff did not tell us about it as we checked in and there was no indication prior to booking online of the pool being closed by the city. We came from out of state and had a weekend stay for some family activities and in our schedule swimming was part of it due to not being able to swim we had a lot of down time with 2 kids 11& 12 who were looking forward to swimming. "The best part of the stay was front desk guy Oscar. So helpful, so industrious, answering phone calls checking people in responding to guest texts, he remembered my name about airport shuttle pickups, so friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I had to call an Uber to go to the airport as the shuttle only starts running at 5am which isn't early enough to make a 7am flight. 😔. But 5 stars for Oscar!! "
