"Unfortunately I would have given them 5 stars until I realized that the bathroom had urine stains on the wall and floor. Otherwise everything was fine. Continental breakfast was delicious, parking was easy and staff were friendly and helpful."

"The water pressure in the shower was a little low and the refrigerator in my room was a little noisy but I still enjoyed my stay overall. My room was very clean, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good."

"This was my fourth or fifth stay and unfortunately I had a room facing building cooling units and garbage cans. Would definitely ask not to be put there next time but they’re often pretty full for events. This is a great property, near lots of restaurants, easy access to Philly, friendly staff."

"I stayed for five days. The housekeeping staff did NOT do a great job of cleaning most days I was there. Several days the bathroom was not cleaned properly, nor the trash taken out. I had to ask for clean towels on two separate occasions. The parking lot and areas outside the front doors had litter that remained for several days. The staff were very nice, and I appreciated their helpfulness when I asked for missed items. Overall, my stay was fine, and the room was comfortable."

They said to save the receipt (which we did and send it to Expedia....

"Nothing further"

"New pillows and mattresses..."

"Our group required 5 rooms, and they couldn't get us on the same floor, much less anywhere near each other. Scrambled eggs were terrible! Breakfast bar was mediocre at best."

"Unsafe"

"Sheets were stained. There were no forks in the cabinet to use. The bathroom was tiny, I'm only 5'4 and when I sat on the toilet my knees were touching the wall. I had to sit sideways on it. The bath cabinet had no door on it. The towel rack was broken. There was one bath towel it was thin and cheap. No wash cloth. No dish soap to do the dishes. Just all around awful. Didn't mention hidden damage fee of $200(what a joke) until I had already booked room. Then you get a welcome email asking for...

"Front desk area and bar, always wonderful. Shower area on floor, can use some work and some kind of water buffer for how easy the shower water comes out again the exit wall"
