"The resort was clean, the room was clean and staff were amazing! Everyone was invested in making sure everything went smoothly and that me and my family stayed enjoying our vacation. The only downside is it’s hard to get a reservation to the steakhouse and hibachi restaurants but overall I give it 5 Stars!"

"The Hotel itself is beautiful. Great views and beach. However tons of seaweed and what bothered me most were the flies all over the food. I hardly ate because of how disgusted I was. The food could've also been better."

"When checking in we were not greeted with our complimentary drink or towels. We watched as other people were greeted and waited on and we had to ask them to help us. We were not told how to make dinner reservations or how to access hotel information through the app. We woke up to cockroaches in our room every morning. We understand the climate but every day seems excessive. It was not our first all inclusive but definitely did not meet the standards it should have for the price you are paying. Lack of communication is very frustrating also"

"If you have been to a resort like Unico 20 87 or Ateleir you will be disappointed in this resort. It feels like 95 percent of the staff hates their job. There are a few great employees that almost swayed me into liking it but then the next person you talk to sways you the other way. Overall a pretty property but the staff is not great at all. Food was very hit or miss, never knew if you were going to get a good meal or not. Very disappointed that we paid a lot of money just to be at a mediocre resort"

"This was absolutely not the experience we expected. The staff was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming anytime we needed assistance. Booking reservations and excursions was a nightmare because the app barely worked, and every employee kept passing us off to someone else instead of actually helping. When we finally got assistance, we were given false information about activities, which made the entire trip frustrating and disorganized. To make matters worse, when we went to arrange transportation to the airport, an employee named Henry took $40 cash plus a tip to book our van, only for us to find out at the last minute that nothing had ever been booked. We were left stranded, out $60, and forced to pay another $30 per person for a taxi.The food was one of the only good parts of the trip, but overall this resort felt sketchy, disorganized, and like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend staying here."
