"The junior suite was great for our visit to Porto - nice size bedroom area and a separate living area. But the outdoor balcony was the best. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony relaxing and watching life happen in Porto. The location is ideal, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the extremely touristy areas. The staff at check-in, for breakfast and room service were great. Our only bad experience was one evening at the rooftop bar where we had difficulty getting...

"Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. "The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"
