"The security and bell staff were the nicest of the hotel. They were very helpful. The front desk person was not helpful at all. The room was fine and had a nice view. The hallway looked old and smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. The restaurant was not open the entire stay and their was no coffee shop as advertised in the hotel. I felt like the advisement was misleading on the amenities of the hotel"

"The location was excellent. It’s 10 minute walk from the Chicago metro station on the redline. It’s right off Michigan Ave and you can catch various bus routes from there. Hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, stores, the beach and other attractions. There is a pizza and ice cream place right next door. We arrived early around 1pm and the front desk allowed us to leave our luggage in the front. We were also able to leave our luggage with the front desk the day we checked out at 11AM...

"Nice hotel, great location. $72 for parking a night and you have to pay to use the gym at the hotel turned me off."
