"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

"Property was well-groomed and taken care of very clean. The extra bonuses like coffee, creamer, condiments et cetera were a great surprise. Spoke with the owner about getting different internet. Coverage from cellphone towers was not that great. I will definitely be staying at this property again when I'm in the area."

"Picked this place because it had on-site parking. My wife is disabled. Couple days before trip got email saying on street parking only - first come. Chicago has notorious bad parking. After complaining 2x ( had to park 3 blocks away) was able to park in back of building. Host ignored all communication after that. Property was clean but no numbers on doors and outside doors constantly left open. Felt unsafe. Code lock on door didnt work normally most times. Had to use key to secure door after...

"Great space, very accessible, and great kitchen amenties with seasonsings. I would say the only hipcup would be the toilets not fuffly flushing at times, but overall great place to stay. "

The drive to downtown was a short 15 min. The balcony was great for relaxing but didn't have the view that was posted. With leaves on the trees, you can't see the golf course. We had 4 people in our group, but there were only 2 chairs on the balcony."
