"Beds and suite mostly excellent. Staff were terrific. Cannot understand why a brand new Canadian facility would have such LOW TOILETS! Anyone over 6 foot tall or seniors who are somewhat inflexible - we are both - found it a long way down to sit on toilets built for a 10 yr old! Serious brain cramp at the design & build stage. Even much lower class hotels are smart enough to install adult height toilets during initial construction. We would stay again in a heartbeat but will not be doing so due...

"Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout."

"They almost gave us keys to an occupied room because of the same last name. The room was big and spacious, but I needed to duck in the shower. Parking was easy. Lots of nearby food options. "

"No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!"

"Nice clean room, quiet and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and we would stay here again. However, we do prefer on getaways having a pool and a hot tub available. Apparently this location used to have a pool but they took it out and put in a larger breakfast room! I don't know if that's the trend but it's not a trend I support. Having a swimming pool that's warm enough and a hot tub. That's good and hot is what we look for when going on vacation. Sometimes like this last stay. We were...

"Great place for couples, 3 doors away from the Avon Theatre. The rooms were modernized, clean and comfortable. The only issue is parking, but there is a public lot about 1/2 a block away, and the "parking police" tend to be lenient."
