"I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. Basically just a bed. "

"The elevator was broken, so I had to walk to the 4th floor. The hot water was nonexistent. The hotel was ok, definitely get what you pay for. "

"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."

"My experience was fine. I felt safe and well taken care of. The desk clerk Sunny was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. The gentleman was very good too. One other female attendant was also accommodating.My only disappointment was the room lacked a fridge to store my food, and a microwave oven."
