"The room was extremely hot, temperature never went down 79, hot tub wasn’t working, coffee machine didn’t work, tv was restricted to 1-2 channels. The property looked unkept. The only good thing about the hotel was the front desk staff, she was very helpful and listen to my concerns, we were moved to a different room the second night and it was a little better."
