"1. Entrance to the hotel. There’s no normal road leading to the hotel. You have to give people some warning about that. You should be a very brave driver to drive those roads. 2. There’s no actual beach right at the hotel You have to walk off the property to swim. And they don’t even bother to clean the beach area from grass etc. 3. The restaurant is unreasonably overpriced. 4. Rooms a very obsolete. There are too many things that should be changed. Rusty doors. Amenities. Shower. 5...

"For the price the accommodations at this hotel was good, the downfall was the rude staff. They were unkind, acted bothered when you needed something, and not hospitable at all. They try to charge you for room keys, towel cards, etc. even though there are never clean pool towels."

"Had a great stay at this beautiful family friendly property. Beach is awesome but does have quite a but of seaweed not nearly as bad as other properties. Pools are scattered most of the property but are fun when you get used to it. Kids club and waterpark is great for the kids just no food and beverage allowed. Main pool is kind of disappointing since there is not enough chairs and umbrellas in the area. Service is friendly across the board. Restaurants were a miss for me. Teppanyaki was fun and...

"Hotel a unos metros de la playa, es grande el hotel y existen muchos tipos de habitaciones. Hay que ser cuidadosos al elegir porque el hotel se divide en dos (una parte a la orilla de la playa y otra que está cruzando la calle), pidan la habitación que se oferta en fotos, yo esperaba una con balcon en segundo piso pero no me la dieron, me dieron una en primer piso con vista a ningun lado. Fuera de eso la ubicación y la piscina muy bien."

"This is the best hotel ever. The photos don’t show how wonderful and helpful the staff is. Sleek modern amenities with cool extras like a Toto bidet and automatic curtains and Bluetooth speakers in the room. The sunken true hot tub and balcony hammock make it one of the best balconies anywhere and every room is ocean front."
