"This place is just ok. We stayed here on an overnight layover. Expedia said there was an airport shuttle, which is why I booked there. The shuttle only goes BACK to the airport; a cab to the hotel cost us $53. Desk staff was lukewarm, not friendly when we arrived. Then when I asked about making a reservation to go to airport in the morning, she said I had to scan the QR and do it and pay on line. When quizzed, she finally admitted she could do it. It took her literally 30 seconds, although she was cranky about it.
Room was fine, but had certain oddities. There was a coffee pot and hot water heater. They were, however, not plugged in and nowhere near an outlet. You had to clear the opposite side of the counter of your belongings and then carry a tray of stuff to the other side of the room to plug it in. (Why not just put the flipping thing near the plug????). The only tea option was an awful herbal mix—no regular black or green tea.
Bed and bathroom were fine. But I wouldn’t stay there again."
