"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Had a great stay in the center of a very lively area. We were traveling with a 15 month old toddler, and we requested a baby cot for his stay, which was set up in the unit before we arrived. They also provided a high chair, which was very helpful and an unexpected bonus for takeaway/take out food. We will definitely consider this property again the next time we go to London."

I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again.
