"The rooms were spacious for being in the Bay Area. The property was kept clean and the valet was always available to retrieve our vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe staying in the area and took a walk during the day. We would stay again if needed."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room. Bright, inviting lobby and lounge area. Excellent coffee. Really enjoyed the waterfront setting, pool, and hot tub. The room had many convenient charging ports and outlets. The hallway near our room 254 smelled like weed through out our stay and there was a barbershop operating out of a van in the parking lot."

"Our room wasn’t ready well after the check in time, and the room looked like there was a bunch of damage from furniture being moved around on the floors. It was ok just for one night but not great. "

"This was so bad we didn't even stay. It felt unsafe and smelled weird and there was cleaning supplies left in the hall ways. It was not at all what was advertised, it was worth losing the money to stay someplace else."

"This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed at!!! I had booked a room with 2 queen beds for 4 guests, but I was given a room with a single King bed. They were able to give a second room with a single king bed at no extra cost upon my complaint, and assign the correct type of room for the second night. The elevator, hallway, and rooms were in very poor condition. The rooms reeked of pot, despite no smoking signs placed in the room. Most of the furniture and some fixtures in the room were broken....

"We requested a handicap accessible room. When physically checking in, they said the current occupants extended their stay and it was no longer available. The room we had was filled with the smell of secondhand smoke (non-smoking room) and there was a live cockroach."
