"I had to pay them to leave. Yes, there is an extra charge to check-out early and it's not small. I chose this hotel because they offered the best rate but their early check out fee ruined that distinction. And the fee was not disclosed until the desk clerk informed me about it as I tried to check out. I did not see it on Expedia. It was not mentioned when I checked in. Nothing was said until I was headed out their door to the airport at which time there weren't any options except to pay. The...

"Clean room"

"We paid extra for a larger room but didn’t get it. The hotel claimed it was a mistake. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this has happened before. Staff was not helpful when we raised the issue."

"Very clean place to stay, not so quiet but understandable considering the location. I’d suggest using Valet parking, super easy drop off."

"The room was clean and opened to the bay, which was very nice. The location was not very convenient or safe to get around. The pool was nice but the hot tub was too crowded with kids to try out. The dinner we had at the Executive Suites next door was very reasonably priced and tasted great. The breakfast was served after we had to leave, so we couldn’t enjoy that."

"Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds and towels are done and replaced daily with fresh ones. WiFi is not the best due to being located near the marina but most of the days were spent out of hotel. Rooms came with microwave and a fridge to store drinks and reheat food. Toilet is in good condition and usable. Stay was pleasant. I enjoyed it. Quiet area during the night."

"There were no bugs. The water was hot. The doors locked. The bed was decent. The towels were nice and fluffy. Staff was friendly. Otherwise, it was really sad to see the disrepair of what was once a beautiful place to stay. Broken furniture. Holes in the walls. Peeling paint. Leaking walls in the stairwell. No AC. Sketchy clientele. The breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, OJ, and coffee. I have no plans on returning."
