"Room was filthy. After walking around the room in socks we noticed they were black. We asked reception to mop the floor and they said they would. The next day, it was no better. We didn't see any mops in the housekeeping trolleys so assume they never mop. Car parking spaces were very tight, even for a smaller car. The beds were scuffed and the mattresses must have been very old from the feel of the springs. It was useful having a laundry, and at least the price of the room was reasonable."
