"Hotel in brilliant position we had everything we needed. Atrium for breakfast with views of the whole of Llanberis was stunning. Breakfast very fresh and varied. Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. "

"We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. "

"Parking was easy, breathtaking views! Room was slightly dated and had some dirt in the room such as dirty fingner print marks on the walls & mold on the shower sealant... Staff were polite but also didnt seem to know what they were doing and could not find my booking for 10 minutes asking me multiple times to confirm i had booked there. Also had confusion over my booking type as expedia allowed me to select the 'pay at property' option (which was more expensive) then the hotel took the money out...

"Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good."

"Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! Excellent touch! Some nice walks nearby weather your a novice or a professional hiker something for everyone! Will definitely stay again! "What a gem! Cannot fault this b&b at all. We stayed in Room 5. We had such a comfortable stay - one of the best nights sleep in such a comfortable bed and room Great quiet location, handy to have parking too. Check in quick and easy. Great touches like fresh milk being available and pre-choosing options for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Shower was lovely and powerful. Such a great stay, an example of how b&bs should be. Absolutely would stay again and will recommend."

"Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. The food in the attached restaurant/ pub was good, though the service was hindered by only 1 person doing everything, hotel check in and restaurant...

"Perfect location, beautiful property with great amenities. Staff were polite and very helpful. Room was tastefully furnished. Shower was hot and powerful. Cleaning staff arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Only minor criticism was cooked breakfast was served whilst I was eating first course which meant I had to eat quickly or risk food being cold. That said, food was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again."
