"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ganga at the front desk got us into our room quickly even though we were a late early. The attendants at the breakfast kept the food fresh and the area clean. "

"Front desk staff was often busy and away from the desk. The bed in the larger room was not made, with pillows and duvet on the floor of the dressing area. After the issue was corrected, we still had to request a vacuum cleaner to complete the job. The mattress on the pullout sofa was somewhat dirty as well, but the linens were clean and easy to put on the mattress. That said, it was a Nascar weekend, and the hotel was very busy. The indoor pool was very cold and not enjoyable to swim in,...

"This property is undergoing refurbishing to the original courtyard. I am amazed at how efficient the management is able to keep the noise and interruption to a minimum if inconvenience. All work stopped at 6 pm. "
