"The room we had looked nothing like the one in the pictures on Expedia. The check in is very odd. An obscure email tells you to be there after 9am and we show up but you cant check in until 3pm. The rooms are old. The ceiling has falling paint and the tub was very rusted. The AC units are disgusting and moldy. I will stick with Marriott next time. Not worth the price"

"I had a last minute work trip in Vancouver and booked this hotel as it was one of the more affordable options. The building exterior looks a little drab, but the room was very clean, spacious and bright. The AC was loud but helped keep the temperature down. The front desk staff were very helpful. I had limited interaction with the staff since I was out exploring most days, but the front desk was always staffed and I felt safe as a solo female traveller.
