"The pool looked nice but wasnt accessible because it was packed with a guest who had a birthday party at the hotel pool. The floors were wet all threw the the hotel for hours, they did use caution cones. The hotel room was clean, but the toilet paper holder rolls were hanging off the wall held on by the wallpaper. There was no hot water to shower or wash up, not even luke warm it was ice cold water. The front desk at check out was rude and dismissive. Perhaps frustrated about the questions and...

"Excellent property to stay"

"Didn’t have correct room type available. Room was not available until well after 4p. Once in room there was food in the refrigerator and dirty silverware in the sink. Had to wait for clean plates at breakfast. Front desk staff very slow and kept having to run up to rooms to check status. No manager was available to talk to until two days after our stay ended. Hilton Honors reached out and asked how our stay was going and I told them the issues and they simply said sorry I hope it gets better....

"We did not have hot water in our shower nor did we have electricity in our bathroom. The front desk person was not any help as I launch our complaint. So we did not get a shower for the day. Hopefully the hotel will give us some kind of refund. But this front desk person kept saying go get your refund from Expedia. We will see"

"Hotel does not have immediate access to the road so took me awhile to find it. They were also paving the road leading to the Hotel. Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Grounds are well kept. The pool area was nice and clean also. Room was very clean. Stayed for a week and highly recommend."

"Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very professional and quick with check-in. The hotel has a small indoor pool open. Breakfast buffet style with a lot of choices—including a 'self-serve' waffle maker. Small hotel, room was clean, perfect for spending a night on a budget. "The staff were the most helpful and friendliest, this is what makes this hotel. The rooms were airy, bright and spacious and clean. WiFi worked perfectly. Breakfast was quirky and there was enough to chose from. Don’t come expecting a hot breakfast then you will not be disappointed."

"We liked the oversized room and bathroom. The floors were tiled so the floor above really echoed. Not sure if all rooms are tiled or if it was because we had a handicap room. Overall a great stay."
