"Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This is single handedly the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, and I was in the building for under an hour. After entering the room that had been reserved for nearly a month, I was shocked with the condition of it. The bed was unmade and disheveled, sheets and pillows were not clean, dirty towels were thrown around the main living space and bathroom, soap provided by the hotel was opened and on the bathroom counter, used toiletries were left on...

"The decor is lovely. The staff at the front desk, valet, and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. Note of caution is that any info once you are in the room must be accessed by QR codes. It’s all very modern. We ate at both restaurants and they were perfect."

"This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."

"Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Appreciated the breakfast variety. Not thrilled about paying for parking at the hotel, but understand that is becoming more common and it was nice to have the secure parking lot. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone I know staying in the area."
