"The heating and cooling unit was hard to figure out. The fan did not ever stop blowing even on low. If I set it for 71 it was too cold and blew cold air. If I set it for 72 it switched to heat and blew heat. There is no 24 hour coffee in the lobby so if I wanted coffee I had to buy it. Breakfast was not complimentary and it was expensive for breakfast. The hotel is convinently located to get on and off 131 and there is a shuttle to the new music venue that was very convinent. "The staff was incredibly kind and were cleaning while we checked in. the room itself was clean, but there was a lot of things broken. It didn’t cause us to have a bad stay but simple things like the shower head shooting water near the top where it connects to the plumbing and wall shelves not adhered to the wall/falling out of the wall were disappointing. We only stayed for one night and while I’m thankful we saved the money from staying somewhere closer to downtown; There’s just a few minor...
