One travels 4 stops on the tram from the airport and the hotel is right opposite the Gyle tram stop - very easy and way cheaper than hotels right at the airport. "We spent one night on our way to the airport. Two things to note: the hotel is right beside a very busy train track. If you are a light sleeper, then you should absolutely bring earplugs.
Secondly, it costs 15 pounds to park overnight as the car park is privately operated. It's the first time I experience that, and given the price we paid for the hotel for one night I found it usurious. It is also not disclosed until after you book."

We called ahead and were able to store some luggage prior to arrival. We took a luggage limited flight to Isle of Man. Very grateful for the hotel accommodating this request.
