"I stay at Extended Stay quite a bit. But this time was not a great experience at all. When I went to check in, the gave me a room wit no mattress, the coffee table was flipped up on the couch, there was women’s belongings thrown about all over the floor and a. Big bag of trash right as I walked in. I went to let them know, they gave me a key to another room, and it was just the same! Coffee table upside down on the couch, no blankets, sheets, pillows, a big bag of trash laying on the floor and...

"No breakfast. Room was ok other than 1 towel per room with 2 beds. We had 2 rooms and both were the same. Its a motel 6 when you arrive so its confusing. "

"The guy at the front desk spent around a half hour with different remote controls trying to get the TV to work. At 6 AM some homeless person banged on my room saying he needed help. GPS takes you to the other side of the cyclone fence from the hotel instead of telling you to continue straight, turn left, make a U-turn, and pull into the hotel."

"We are traveling with a 90 year old. The elevator is not working so she is having to climb stairs every time we leave. This hotel should not be able to advertise breakfast. Oatmeal mix packets and granola bars at the end of the check in counter is not breakfast. The room smells like smoke when we enter. Advertised kitchen items are not available when needed. "

"Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep. "
