"Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. There isn't much parking and a larger vehicle may have difficulty in some of the spaces. Overall we will stay there again. "

"Clean hotel that is a short walk right to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stops right out front to take you around town absolutely free. The breakfast was decent, coffee was fresh. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances we had to end our stay early and Samantha at the front desk was very kind in assisting with the checkout and explaining how to possibly get a refund since we booked through a 3rd party site. We are already planning on coming back next year and staying at the same hotel."

"The room was good for the price right in front of the pool! I had 3 teenage girls with me for spring break and that was a great day filler! The outdoor pool was closed.. Staff was normal no one did anything that stood out to mention. The only thing was the breakfast it start as a buffet on Friday they charge $12 per person and they don’t have enough of a variety to charge. Through the weekday, which was when we were there, we left on Friday you order off of the menu and the prices are...

"Hotel stay was great! I accidently double booked so I hope Expedia will fix it today now that I am home. Pool was closed but they are fixing it. Close to town - nice weekend! "

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."

"First off none of the pools were open the air conditioning did not work very well in the unit so I closed some vents in the kitchen and living room area to get the air to move to the bedroom which I could not get it to work but in the bathroom area blew all kinds of black crap out of the vents,, for what it was it was way overpriced would not recommend this"
