"We booked a suite for our trip. 4 kids 2 adults. The room was great and accommodating. The kids wore themselves out cooling down in the pool for a night swim. The location was great. Not too far from anything. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio listening to the river. The staff were very accommodating and friendly when we needed something. We did see 1 bear in the parking lot but he left shortly after and we just watching him prowl around from the safety of the top floor."

"Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there."

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."

"The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times."

"We booked a King bed room a year in advance. They put us in “the loft” which was a very small room and very small bathroom. The king bed took up most of the room. We did not have sheer curtains so, when we opened the curtains everyone walking toward our room could see entire room. We had problems with the TV. They had to send someone to reboot the tv. It still did not work. We would not recommend this Hoyel/Motel. Very outdated. We compromised the closeness to Convention Center for...
