"I didnt get the check in instructions on my email due to spotty reception. So i went into the office, which luckily i made it there before 3 or i would have missed them. The office looks more like disorganized storage space. Maybe they are renovating? The staff was friendly enough and helped ne get checked in. "My boyfriend and I needed a room for a 1 night stay in old San Juan. Navona studios is in a super convenient location and a great price for a simple room. Check-in was easy even though there was no front desk. They sent over very detailed instructions so the process went smoothly. The room itself is small but clean and has all you need. I also appreciated the level of security to get to our room. There were a couple locked doors before even getting to our room. The Navona jewelry store next...

"The property was not prepared for guests. An event was taking place at check-in. I was welcomed to a wedding reception and very loud music. The route to the property was very dangerous - the roads are horrible for driving. The rooms need to be renovated and updated with beds, appliances, and doors. No privacy - while I was contemplating moving to another property two people walked in my room. I don't suggest the Bay House as an option for your stay"

"Vieques Guest House was incredible! Amanda and Todd were wonderful and have clearly thought of every detail. Amanda shared so much valuable information to help me prepare for my stay and was so warm and friendly when we arrived. The room was clean, cool and so comfortable, including the bed and pillows. The rooftop has an incredible view and the hammock on the balcony was such a nice relaxing touch. My only complaint was that we didn’t stay longer! You cannot go wrong choosing to stay here!"
