Hotel dekat Kastil Severndroog

"I have stayed here many times and enjoyed my stay each time but this time my room was hot as hell and even though a staffer was happy to help, my room did not cool down after the change."

"Loved it!"

"We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!"

"Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and well placed just across the road from the underground. All the staff are lovely and helpful and very friendly. From the reception staff, the waiting staff and the cleaners. Breakfast was amazing, all fresh and topped up regularly. Would highly recommend this hotel especially if you are going to the O2."

"The room provides everything you'd need for a comfortable stay in Canary Wharf. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating and the place was spotless. Access to the city and beyond was a breeze via the jubilee line. I would stay here again."

"Although the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the service was good, the food wasn't. It was comparable to a cheap pub. I also noticed that quite few of the customers received the wrong order, and it had to be sent back to the kitchen, then they had to wait whilst the correct food was prepared."

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"Great hotel"

"Great place to stay and lovely location"

"Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm. Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance."

"Great location for music!"

"Service gut, Lage zentral"
