"From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. "The staff was excellent at the One Tun. We had to extend our stay at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and the staff was so accommodating. We really appreciate that they were able to keep us in the same room with barely any notice. The hotel itself is roomy and clean and the location is excellent. Farringdon Station and the Elizabeth line are a two minute walk from the rooms and made getting around the city so easy. If you have any trouble climbing stairs, you should reconsider...
