"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"Stylish rooms but lacking any drawers for clothes and very limited closet space, especially if you are staying for more than one or two nights. Also the bathroom was beautiful but needs some shelving and the shower door is flush with the floor so you cannot place a bathmat outside the shower, its as if the designer never used a shower. The onsite Turkish restaurant, which we only had breakfast at, was quite good with very interesting, delicious offerings. Also the adjacent bar was well stocked...

"A lovely, atmospheric place very conveniently located to the train station and other sites. Several nooks for curling up with a book if you desire. My room on the top floor was gorgeous and a decent size. Depending which room, you may have to navigate stairs, but that was no issue for me. "Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."
