"An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. "Centrally located. Spotless and kind reception staff. Right by the Sky Garden, short walk to Tower Bridge, Close to many underground stations. I just wish they had daily room service. Other than than, great place, great value"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"Great location to all the attractions!"

"We liked the view from the front suite looking over the Thames. The location was great. The air conditioning often was not working most of the time and was only controllable by the staff from a central location. Even when it was working it was very slow to take effect. The suite was way too warm to sleep well during our three night stay. All they could offer was a fan."

"Stylish rooms but lacking any drawers for clothes and very limited closet space, especially if you are staying for more than one or two nights. Also the bathroom was beautiful but needs some shelving and the shower door is flush with the floor so you cannot place a bathmat outside the shower, its as if the designer never used a shower. "Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."
