"Although on pictures the room looked immaculate, in person this was not the case. The shower floor was dirty, the towels smelt really bad. The room didn’t feel clean, bed was really uncomfortable and woke up with white fluff all over my socks and pj’s. There was no running hot water in the bathroom and although I WhatsApped the team, they said maintenance would come the next day, by then I was checking out! Room was absolutely noisy, dont know what was beeping and making noise but I would not...

"We stayed two nights at the Clerk & Wells. The staff was so helpful when we needed to have our luggage held and when we asked for local food recommendations. The room was adorable, nicely appointed and very quiet. "

"The Rookery was fabulous! The building is full of history, the decor is exquisite, and the staff is amazing. We had traveled to four different countries and stayed in six hotels. The Rookery by far was the absolute best one - hands down! It was the perfect ending to our trip."

"Rooms as expected were small but even a bit smaller. Check in was delayed. Room not ready until after 3 pm. Was not told that there was no cleaning service unless you ask. When we spoke with others they were told at check in. Shower leaks into bathroom badly as was the case with others. Quiet.restaurant attached was good espythe Turkish breakfast"

"The front desk arrival was unique as it co located with a cute café. The staff was very helpful and our room was perfect for our group (2 couples and 1 child). The neighborhood was clean and convenient for sightseeing. To top it off we had spectacular view from our room on the top floor!"

"Die Lage ist wirklich top, sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten oder U-Bahn-Stationen sind schnell zu erreichen. Gerade für einen London-Trip super praktisch. Das Apartment war sauber, modern eingerichtet und insgesamt genau wie beschrieben. Besonders angenehm fand ich, dass es trotz der zentralen Lage ziemlich ruhig war.
