"The property and rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. However during our stay the weather was quite warm, around 26C, but the air conditioning in the room was very poor and did not cool the room, so we barely got any sleep. Out concerns were not addressed by hotel staff - we were given a fan, but this did nothing. There was no attempt to move us to an alternative room or fix the problem. The hotel is probably amazing in situations where air con is not needed."

"The place was beyond our expectations and the best we stayed in during our two week trip to the UK! Very clean, spacious and cozy. Loved the kitchenette with table and chairs, plus the extra blankets, pillows and robes if we needed them. Great location to train stations and easy walking to all we wanted to see. My room on the top floor was gorgeous and a decent size. Depending which room, you may have to navigate stairs, but that was no issue for me. The huge bathtub was heaven for me, as I prefer baths to shower. Someone else might not like that. "The suite was spacious, quiet & clean. The kitchen well equipped. But no outlet near a mirror to dry your hair, the bathroom was SO narrow and the shower soaks 1/2 the bathroom. The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."

"Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay."
