"I reserved a room with two beds for our family and a week before they moved the 3 of us to one king bed and made me purchase an extra room. One of our rooms was never serviced by housekeeping and the front desk does not answer the phone nor is a GM available. Our shower was a trickle of water in one of the rooms. The location however is super which is no doubt why we were treated this way at a Marriott property."

"My main issue was that only one of the three elevators was operational, which caused significant frustration and stress, especially when you're lacking sleep from traveling and your only desire is to reach your room and rest, but you're unable to do so because you have to wait for an opportunity to fit into the elevator as everyone is attempting to access their rooms. "It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay. "

"The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them"
