"This hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Soho but tucked away on a slightly quieter street. They give you complimentary wine from 6-7pm every evening. Our room had a great little kitchenette with a sink, fridge, drinking water tap and complimentary tea & coffee. I also appreciated that the TV had Chromecast so I could watch streaming services, the Molton Brown soaps, and the excellent water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend."

"This property was perfect for our stay. Check in is easy and the staff were so helpful with everything. A free cocktail upon check-in was much appreciated. Also, there was help with luggage and always a greeting while coming and going. The pub has really good food and a lovely rooftop garden. "Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care."

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
