"Check-in and out was very fast. The room was very clean and tidy. We chose the buffet breakfast and the food were delicious. The dining area was nice and welcoming. Also good that there was a free parking spot. On the other hand, wifi was a bit terrible in our room. Was also hoping to see the sky tower outside our room window but there was another building (another hotel maybe?) blocking the view."

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."

"Nice hotel in CBD. Room was nice with modern furnishings not homey or comfortable. Light switches to a while to figure out and not the most functional. Gym was small but adequate. Highlight was the made to order breakfast. The chef is excellent and made the stay at the indigo a success."

"Appreciate the location, but the lack of convenience for arrival and departure is a serious drawback. No place for inner or tour pick up/drop-off. There is no real lobby and an only 2 chairs in the lower lobby when waiting for a ride. The staff was pleasant. They did meet a special request that I made for a birthday one of our party was having and arranged to have the three room we reserved on the same floor. Otherwise I had virtually no contact with the staff. I am not sure if that is “good”...

"Loved our stay here! Awesome location in Auckland city and a short walk to amazing coffee shops and restaurants. The harbor is barely a ten minute walk away! The staff are really great too. One receptionist (I wish I remembered her name!) was so so so sweet. I have an aversion to elevators and asked to use the stairs, but she personally went with me up the lift and made sure I was comfortable.
