Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. "We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute, short stop over here. Very friendly hosts and a great breakfast."

"Loved our stay at 3 John’s Place. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The daily housekeeping is fantastic, comfy bed and very comfortable stay. Close to tram that takes you to central station and major attractions. Highly recommend staying here."

"„The Townhouse“ in Perth ist ein echtes Juwel. Wunderbares Stadthaus direkt gegenüber vom Park und einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die beiden Gastgeber kümmern sich liebevoll um die Gäste, die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Absolutely lovely place! Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Room was pristine and the shared bathroom was kept clean and stocked with toilet paper. So many nice little touches to 4 Friends that made our first ever stay in Scotland one to remember! Great location close to lots of little things and easy access to the bus to get further into Edinburgh. Can’t say enough good about here!"

"Front and rear parking available, clean, reasonable room, delicious breakfast cooked to order. Operated by a friendly and helpful couple."
