"Restaurants in hotel are just OK. Better food can be found at nearby Hilltown shopping center. The room is generally in good condition with exception to the carpet showing dirty marks. Front desk staff is proficient but didn't give a particular warm or welcoming vibe expected in a 5-star hotel. My stay is overall positive."

"Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. truly outstanding service and they try to go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand! "

"Room wasn't ready when we arrived at almost 6pm, we were given the key, and the housekeeper was still making the bed. I had various coffees at the lobby bar, when I paid with card the server refused to give me a copy of the receipt,saying there is no copy. Surprisingly next day I had another coffee and I was given a copy without even ask, different server, very suspicious though "

"Staff was very friendly and co-operative. Ismail and other staff guided me about nearby attractions, helped me with transportation. I was a solo traveler. They helped make my stay comfortable. Even helped me charge my phone as I didn't have the correct charger for Turkey :). Property was walking distance from all major attractions."

"I frequently travel to İstanbul for work and always stay at Titanic Port Bakırköy during my visits.
