"I had such a wonderful stay here in Madrid! The area felt extremely safe, and the apartment building itself was spotless. Our room was impeccable!!! everything was so clean and well maintained. One of the biggest highlights was how conveniently equipped the apartment was. It had a washer (a lifesaver after a long stretch of traveling), a full kitchen, and a fridge, which made it feel like a home away from home. "Fantastic hostel, which is more like a hotel! Everything is so clean and new. The place is really spacious - including all common areas, rooms, bathrooms, and it’s a comfortable place to hang out. Staff are really friendly- I don’t know all of their names, but I remember Clara at breakfast was helpful and sweet! The breakfast was delicious - better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. I have stayed in a lot of hostels and this is one of the best. The area is cool and trendy, with so much to do...

"Sind spät Abends angekommen und super freundlich von der Rezeptionistin empfangen worden. Zimmer schienen neu zu sein und waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Viertel, wodurch Bars und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft sowie ein Obsthändler sind ca. 100m entfernt, die nächste Metro ca. 500m aber alles sehr gut und schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei diesem Hotel buchen."

"Great hotel in a perfect, central location. The receptionists were outstanding, always smiling and saying hello. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, despite being close to busy areas. There was a nice roof terrace too. However, do NOT order a drink from the ‘skybar’ using the QR code. I eventually got my drink one hour later after repeatedly chasing it and going downstairs to the bar/restaurant. The manager just shrugged his shoulders and offered no apology. He should not be working...

"Conveniently located, at a walking distance from El Prado, shopping, dining and local markets. Excellent neighbourhood. The hotel is quiet and the staff very helpful. The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!"

Hola Rooms reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, which was a nice touch and made everything smooth. The night was quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay a bit after check-out. Great hospitality—would definitely recommend!"
