"Hotel was well located and the rooftop pool is great"

"Great location. Friendly staff, especially Christian, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs."

"Clean"

"You can't beat the location, right at Plaza de Mayor. Most places to see were within easy walking distance. "Classic" room is small, but we were hardly there. The staff were top notch in every respect."

"Great location. Small bedrooms but incredibly nice"

"This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights."

"Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating."

"The rooms were very clean and more spacious that I first thought they would be. The staff were also very friendly to us and that meant a lot since we booked this place last minute after getting stuck in Madrid for unforeseen circumstances. This hotel provided a very comfortable and inviting environment. We rested very well this night!"

"Excelente ubicacion y acojedor 👌"

"I know it says laundry facilities but they mean laundry services and yes there’s a big difference. Good news the location is great and there’s two Autoservicio laundromats nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect. Restaurant on the corner, Loredo, was delicious. Two nearby stores are super convenient and near two metro stops and several monuments. Elevators take forever but are a luxury to have. I would recommend a stay here for sure"

"This is the second time that we have booked Central House for my son and he’s had a great stay each time. He was quite happy with the breakfast as well."

"スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしく、感謝いたします。体調が悪い友人のために尽力して下さいました。部屋も清潔で湯沸器やお茶、コーヒーも飲めます。ジャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディジェルも完備されてており、とても快適です。また洗面所の照明が明るく、身支度がとてもしやすかったです。広場の近くで交通アクセスもよく、治安も気になりませんでした。"
