"Room furnishings are very dated and in a state of disrepair e.g. stained carpets, furniture drawers wonky and not closing properly, door handles coming off, the list is endless! I had to request a change of room which was slightly better and the in-room safe didn’t work. And when explaining this to staff I was asked what colour the safe was and was then met with an ‘ah, ok’, as if they expected it not to be working from the colour it was, remarkable! Evening meal was no better than supermarket...

"Hotel needs an update. Staff were nice enough and all the bits you need were there but the customer experience was lacking.
Our room was lovely, if cold. The radiators only work part of the time. The characterful bathroom did not have a big enough radiator - no lingering in the bath with just a tidgy towel rail to heat you ( a tall ceiling and giant window.) There was very little phone signal (not their fault of course), but the wifi was atrocious, barely there and dropping out regularly -...

"Excelled as always. Everything about Crabwall Manor is the best. Fantastic grounds, stunning rooms and attentive staff from the reception to the bar staff to housekeeping.
Warm welcome on checking in at reception, passed the keys to room 47 and although it doesn’t really have a ‘view’ the enclosed courtyard was nicely presented. The room was vast with enough space to provide the 2 high back chairs without feeling crowded. Bathroom was huge……(only wish was it had a freestanding bath!!!!) and...

"Betten waren bequem, Zimmer sauber mit etwas Entwicklungspotential. Poollandschaft könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein. Und das Geschirr, dass auf den Gängen gestapelt wird bis zur Abholung, macht keinen schönen Eindruck.
Die Mitarbeitenden waren extrem freumdlich sowohl beim Check-in /Check-out als auch beim Frühstück. Beim Frühstück könnte zusätzlich zum Buffet noch gewünschte Speisen bestellt werden.
Alles in Allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden wieder kommen.
