Room was clean, staff was friendly. Room nextdoor was noisy both nights but that’s not the hotels fault. Breakfast was good also. Sad to see that ice makers were out of order on 3 floors and restroom on first floor was also out of order. Just some things that need to be fixed.

Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville Papermill Drive
Went to get in the pool and discovered someone had pooped in the pool. Hotel staff was not reactive and didn’t offer anything of substance to offset the disgusting situation because I booked through Expedia. Expedia offered only $50 for the almost $200 room. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

Courtyard by Marriott Knoxville West/Bearden
The place seemed clean and modern, beds were comfortable, room was spacious. I liked that the TV pulled out and pivoted. There’s a mini fridge and a microwave that was convenient. I liked the location, safe and restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Extended Stay America Suites Knoxville West Hills
The staff were fine however I had to go to two or three different rooms to find a room that did not smell like smoke. There’s no smoking signs throughout the facility, but nobody abide by them.
