"In general the hotel is overpriced and quality doesn’t match the price you pay, specially in high season where prices are considerably more expensive. The day of checkout you are advised to leave the room at 9:00AM the latest. They don’t offer half or full board online and once which is weird because they do have a restaurant and offer a full board package on spot. We paid for the full board with buffet service on spot but it didn’t include drinks nor coffee as they used to do before....

"I have traveled a lot. This was one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. Jota (Jay) and his wife, Monica were the best hosts ever!! The property is amazing! Monica cooked a traditional breakfast from scratch! They helped with transportation and helped me practice my Spanish!! I highly recommend this place especially if you are a Lord of the Rings fan!!
