"For the past 3 years, I have come every other season and have only stayed at this property. Everyone at the front desk was super nice, attentive, and very helpful. This hotel is about an 8-10-minute walk to Sensoji temple and the 24-hour Donki store, and is just outside the kitchen home area. There are Lawson and 711 not too far away, about a 13-minute walk from Tarawachi station on the Ginza line. It is also close to the Skytree. "The room locked exactly as what the photo listed. The staff was attentive and friendly to go through with us the check in process and we get to know they have same day luggage delivery service provided to the guests, we try the service as we was changing to disneyland hotel and it was efficient and fuss free! Will stay back when we visit tokyo again!"

"An excellent breakfast, staff really helpful. Good location for Ueno station. Terrace was a nice spot to rest, especially for us as our room was tiny and had a view of a concrete staircase. So we probably should have chosen a better room especially for a 6 day stay, but that’s on us!"

"Phenomenal place and people. Great location. Laundry on site. For a jet-lagged family from the states, we literally have no complaints - it was everything we were hoping for. Ueno is a *great* area to stay in, Mimaru makes it entirely too easy. Bunk beds being slightly separated from the other beds gave kids some privacy - charging plugs by each bunk bed was a really nice touch too. No complaints. Exceptional."

"Excellent service from the staff. Since our check-in, we were greeted and assisted by staff. The site is clean and well-maintained, with the necessary amenities for long-haul travellers (e.g., laundry). Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which helps alleviate some of the stress. One memorable moment from this stay is a handwritten letter I received from one of the trainee staff, Okabe-san, welcoming me to Asakusa, Tokyo. Thank you. :)"
