We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and had great amenities that made our stay really comfortable. What truly made the difference was the staff — everyone was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, and we really appreciated it. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

Water problem the morning we checked out so we ended up having to do cold showers and couldn’t bathe our baby. Not really the property’s fault, but there was no communication about it unless you went down to the lobby to ask. Otherwise, fine stay and close to the train station and Ueno Park and Zoo!
