"The hotel it's small but super clean and well done. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom huge. "The staff, service and food were exceptional. The location was perfect for what we wanted out of a four night stay in Kyoto. But, it was the staff that made the experience memorable.
