Hotel dekat Museum Sejarah Kota Otsu

"客室、ロビーともに清潔で気持ちがよかったです。スタッフの方とコンタクトがあったのは、チェックイン、ツアー、朝食の3回で全員担当者さんが違いましたがコミュニケーションが取りやすく距離感が適度で心地よかったです。商店街を利用してほしいとのメッセージをお聞きしたときに、ただ宿として存在しているのではなく、周囲の町と一緒にあるコンセプトの芯が通っていると感じました。"

"Amazing property. Very clean room with amazing service."

"Quarto maravilhoso, estilo japonês, grande e confortável. A localização deixa um pouco a desejar, meio afastado. O horários do check in a partir das 16hs e principalmente o de check out as 10 hs ,me desagradou."

"Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...

"Wonderful experience."

"Everyone was super kind and friendly. The check in was so easy. From arrival to being in the room was maybe, 7 minutes total. They have a free washer/ dryer for your clothes and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The employees were all so nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. Having a terrace to sit outside on and relax after a long day of walking was also pretty sweet."

"Words can’t explain how beautiful this hotel is and in the perfect location! The hotel is absolutely amazing and the views are unmatched. I’ve stayed at many great hotels but nothing compares to this one! Breakfast is fantastic and staff is so incredibly kind! Worth staying here when you come to Kyoto!!! Amazing!!!"

"Sowaka was amazing. Great location, beautiful hotel, incredible food, perfect staff! Do take the 5:45 am tour to Kiyomizu-dera with the incredibly knowledgeable hotel manager. A wonderful and unique experience without all the tourists around."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and wonderful staff was amazing attentive, and always at ready. Rooms were exceptional amenities amazing as well !"

"Location!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a bit outside the city area and therefore very quite but still in walking distance. The rooms are quite small but it’s similar to other places we have stayed in Japan. What is outstanding is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were on our honeymoon and they even decorated our room which was super nice"

"Steal of a deal for this spacious room. Hotel was spotless. Location was great as well."

"We had a beautiful temple and Mountain View from our room. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The hotel did not offer much of amenities. Their website was under construction and could not get information unless we call the front desk. Overall, We did not feel like we got what we paid for and this hotel was very pricey. We wanted to experience what 5-star hotel like but was a little disappointed. We had better experience with lower star hotel (this hotel is rated as 5-star hotel)."

"Amazing experience!"

"The room felt spacious relative to other hotels we visited in Japan, and everything was clean. They supplied all the standard amenities for our stay. The only drawback was the lack of daily room cleaning and a laundry room; however, they replaced our towels everyday, and also shared details about a laundromat three minutes away from the hotel. The staff were very kind and assisted with forwarding our luggage to our next stop."
