"Great place "

"Very nice and large studio with a kitchenette that includes a sink, microwave, small fridge and a 2 burner electric stove. Utensils, glassware and some pots and pans provided. AC works great. Large bath. Very clean except for a dusty porcelain tile floor. Beachfront with great view, quiet and secure and conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. "The owner asked for more in deposit than was in the deal with Hotels.com He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com I did not agreed with this and did not pay."

"It was terrible because the place is in poor condition, it's like an abandoned condominium. There were fleas in the bed, the dirty walls of the ahua, the leaky water, that place should not be rented, a terrible experience, we left the next day"

"It is a great apartment with lots of room, comfortable beds, quiet pool, beach access. We enjoyed the kitchen for making meals and the deck for entertaining and relaxing. The road to the property is rough but only for 1 block. The property managers helped us out twice due to power being cutoff. It has good security and is very quiet overall."

"My expectations was higher than that, very poor service. No electricity & internet for a good amount of time. Bad customer service. Lack of respect, that was an experience instead of a vacation 😏"
