"We liked having a butler who was very friendly. Upon arrival, we didn't feel very special with maybe a drink offering, but our butler fixed that and brought us sparkling wine to our room. House keeping is great. Room service is confusing. The rooms are strange with the bathtub in the middle of the room in the swim out room. Some of the interior paint was a bit old.We enjoyed our swimming pool outside our room once the two other occupants left for more privacy. Food was good at the adults only...

"Went to this property a year ago and it was very good. We were excited to go back, but were incredibly disappointed. Has really declined in the past year. We had 2 rooms, only one of which would actually cool down. The vents in the ceiling had so much dust and what looked like "mud dobber" nests in them that you almost didn't want to turn the fan on anyway?! Both refrigerators were turned to basically room temperature when we first got there. One of the refrigerators you could not use because...

"Majestic Mirage Punta Cana is priced to be a terrific bargain for an all-inclusive. It is very similar to the Excellence properties but I found Majestic Mirage Punta Cana's staff to be very welcoming and engaging, more so than at any other property I have stayed at. We will definitely return there!"
