"Room was nice though tub is tiny. Breakfast was very expensive for what was offered. Bed is good and staff was lovely "

"The room was all set for our visit. Very clean, comfortable and air conditioner worked. The only reason I would take a star away is because of a brown stain that was at the entrance of the bathroom, I would recommend that they cut out that portion of the carpet and replace. I was just an old stain that they couldn’t be completely removed. I covered it on our visit. The one other problem I have with The Resident Covent Garden was that it has no FOOD in house. My problem, I should have noticed...

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. They also gave us little cookies and once in awhile they were so nice to remember my daughter liked oranges and gave her one in the morning. "The hotel is clean and in a good location. It is in the same building as Charing Cross Station, which also has a night club, making the noise level somewhat high at night."

"Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was. "
