We received cookies in the room and sweets when checking in, and there was popcorn which was a nice touch. Pool was fab. Only issue was the bar service, we had to wait over 20 minutes for our drinks and the staff were grumpy and avoided eye contact at all costs. But fortunately a new member of staff was there when we were paying the bill and was very apologetic and gave us a free...
