"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

He did everything he could to fix the problem so we wouldn’t have to move rooms. He was incredibly kind, professional, and generous with us. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service. "We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "The location can't be bettered. Staff friendly and everything immaculate. The club upgrade is well worth it, even just for drinks in the cafe downstairs. The size of the room, can't be ignored. It is absolutely tiny. Access to the bed is from one side only and the glass partition to the toilet is opaque. Even for a couple, you will need to be very friendly. That said, the bed was very comfortable."

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
