"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. The room was modern, an adequate size, had numerous electric outlets & cleaned every day. The location of hotel was perfect. Near Trafalgar Square so It is close to restaurants, theatre, transportation. I would stay here again if I get back to London"

"The location can't be bettered. Staff friendly and everything immaculate. The club upgrade is well worth it, even just for drinks in the cafe downstairs. The size of the room, can't be ignored. It is absolutely tiny. Access to the bed is from one side only and the glass partition to the toilet is opaque. Even for a couple, you will need to be very friendly. That said, the bed was very comfortable."

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
