"Room was nice though tub is tiny. Breakfast was very expensive for what was offered. Bed is good and staff was lovely "

"The room was all set for our visit. Very clean, comfortable and air conditioner worked. The only reason I would take a star away is because of a brown stain that was at the entrance of the bathroom, I would recommend that they cut out that portion of the carpet and replace. I was just an old stain that they couldn’t be completely removed. I covered it on our visit. The one other problem I have with The Resident Covent Garden was that it has no FOOD in house. My problem, I should have noticed...

"A great stay - really couldn’t believe how good value it was, great location, and what was included in the price (the brekkie and drinks, cheese and wine etc if you take the membership package). Room was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Smallish but i expected that and as a single occupancy was more than big enough. Standout feature - the staff - they were ALL so lovely, friendly, warm and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was. "
