"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The room itself was very nice, comfortable and had great air conditioning. We slept very well and had plenty of space in the bedroom and the giant attached bathroom. "We had a great stay during our 24 hour layover in London! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was unbeatable - in a neat neighborhood walking distance to all the major sites and a 3 min walk to the tube. Transfer to and from the airport was a breeze. Only potential negative was room size- it was definitely very cozy but also very clean. Overall would definitely stay again!"

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
