"Really a nice place to spend a couple of nights while enjoying London. The staff was freindly and helpful. We dined at the restaraunt and it was very good, especially our server. The bar was cozy and quiet, a nice place to enjoy a cocktail away from the bustle of the city."

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning. They also gave us little cookies and once in awhile they were so nice to remember my daughter liked oranges and gave her one in the morning. "Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was. "
