"We love this hotel and stay here every couple of months to enjoy the local nightlife. However on this occasion the reception staff were cold and very unfriendly. This took us by surprise as on all other stays the staff were fantastic.
All other parts of the stay were fantastic. The room was lovely and very clean. We will stay here again as all our other stays were great."
