The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. "This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"The staff was really nice and I love the fact that the entrance needed the card especially late at night for safety reasons. I loved the vibe of the place and it felt like I was in space. I do love the disco setting in the nest but I don’t recommend turning it on when you’re drunk lol. Overall so close especially if you’re going to and from LGW or LHR, I found myself wandering around and hitting major landmarks within a 15 min walk so it’s just overall great"

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
