"Amazing location that cannot be beat. Close to multiple subway stops. Lots of local food and walking distance to so many things. Staff was very friendly and dealt with our noisy neighbours at 3am. My only complaint is that you can hear through the walls and in the hallway which makes it sometimes hard to sleep or get woken up. "

"We stayed here on two separate occasions on our recent travels to London. First, you check in with a tablet, so you get no interaction from a person while checking in. We just got off of a 9 hour flight and went out to explore London a bit after putting our luggage in our room. When we got back, we noticed none of the electrical sockets were working in the room. I informed the staff of the issue but told them that they could not come due to the kids sleeping. They never came the next day until I had to ask again. It is very difficult navigating around a new city without a phone to guide you because it is dead. When we returned the next stay, I wanted to try the sockets first thing. When I plugged in my adapter, sparks flew everywhere. The bathroom was filthy disgusting as well. London was great but this hotel was the worst part about our vacation. "

"It was overall a good hotel for the price you paid. Wifi was good ! Staff was pleasant and we weren’t able to check in early due to rooms not cleaned but they offered to hang on to our suitcase while we went in the city to tour around. "

"Great location! Very central to everything you want to see in London! 5 minute walk to the heart of Covent Garden. The rooms are very small, but they are enough for a single traveler making the value for the location a good one. I would like to see them add a few coat hooks on the walls and the room would be perfect. There is very minimal space to put any suitcases or hang cloths. That is probably the only downfall of this hotel. All in all, the value for this hotel is there and I would recommend it for any single traveler. "
