"Rooms small as in any central hotel but well designed for short or even medium length stay with drawer and hanging space and even for empty luggage. Very clean looks almost new.
Staff very helpful and friendly with restaurant suggestions.
Air conditioning worked very well despite the heat wave.

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."
