"Absolutely loved our stay! Thank you for helping to make Mitch's 40th birthday so special. Beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Everything just felt really special from the moment we arrived. The only very slight disappointment was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event, as we'd been looking forward to visiting it, but it certainly didn't take away from what was an amazing stay. We'd definitely stay again and would highly recommend it....

"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Overall very great hotel/room, very clean! The only thing is that it was quite small for 2 people, we had to keep our suitcases closed and against the wall or under the bed. The shower door also has a gap at the bottom so the water can leak to the toilet area. Otherwise, the location was amazing, it's between chinatown and national gallery, and very close to the underground tube station. Another huge plus is that you can chromecast your device to the television!"

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"本当に必要な物だけを厳選して置いてある部屋という感じ　スーツケースをしまう空間もあるし　一時置きの引き出しもあるし 部屋の中のゴミ箱を探し回ったほど見つからなかった 賑わった場所の便利なところだと思うがやはり値段が高いと言う印象　Tubeで鉄道の駅や空港からスーツケースを運ぶとなるとLiftやエスカレーターのあるちょっと遠めの駅利用になるので大変だった　なんせTubeの駅からホテルに行く道の歩行者の多いこと　スーツケース持って歩いてるだけで申し訳なってしまうほどだった"
