"This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."

"Brilliant little hotel with fantastic glfriendly staff. Rooms are small and very well equipped. Windows are double/treble glazed but we still had some road noise from The Strand. No bath but a wonderful rain forest shower."

"We didn’t get any information about what services available in the hotel when we checked in… , front disk girl was not professional in loudly saying .. sir your card was declined… and she was mistaken.. she charged my cards twice.. and they had to refund me.. a gentleman in the front disk was awesome and went the extra mile to help me finding my phone I lost in the taxi Overall the front disk manager was nice and apologetic We loved the hotel .. overall and we will come back"

"A fine boutique hotel in the heart of Covent Gardens west end district with a huge assortment of dining, cafes, shops, bars and theaters The choice almost overwhelms. The weekends are very busy with folks out and about. The location is ideal for sightseeing. "Heel klein maar wel fijn. Alles aanwezig , fohn, alle sopjes, koffie, thee en water. Niet gehorig. Je hoort de stad helemaal niet. Wij zaten wel met het raam bij een afzuiger buiten, die hoorde je wel. Het was prima en heel erg centraal gelegen wat enorm prettig was. Een aanrader qua locatie! Koffers kon je na de uitcheck in het hotel laten totdat je vertrok naar huis."

"The staff is not helpful when asked about transfer to airport or from airport. They couldn’t suggest any type of travel. No recommendations is what I was told. Bed is built to the wall. So only one way to get out of bed. If you need to get up in the middle of the night, you have to crawl over the person on the other side of the bed. Probably a good bed for a single or someone who doesn’t need to get up in the morning if you have a partner in bed."

"Housekeeping service was excellent. Fantastic location. We could walk to most of the iconic sites. Wonderful lounge available with free coffee, tea, water. Each floor has a water station with empty plastic bottles you fill with cold water and reuse. "
